ORDER STATUS

What's the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped you will be sent another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Shipping and processing times vary depending on the item. Most of our apparel merchandise typically ships within 7-10 business days. Accessories may take more days to ship due to longer fulfillment times with our other production partners. 

COVID 19: Due to the circumstances of the COVID 19 pandemic, you must be aware that there may be shipping and delivery delays for all orders placed at this time. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Can I return any items that I purchase?

There’s a 30-day return policy on all products, which means you have within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on any items that are on sale.
